• Orders placed before midnight usually arrive in 4–7 days (tracked).
• Some items may take up to 10 days.
• This direct sourcing is how we bring you massive savings — quality parts without the middleman markups.
Shipping Costs
• Calculated at checkout (UK mainland only).
• Free on orders over £50.

Returns & Refunds

We’re committed to your satisfaction.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To arrange a return, email dvautopartsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
• You cover the return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
• Refund issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty Items
• Faulty goods are rare with our carefully sourced parts, but if an item arrives faulty or not as described, get in touch – we’ll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund quickly.

Important Notes
• Once opened or installed (especially electrical parts, sensors, or ignition components), items cannot be returned for change of mind.
